About this product
Marshmallows in soft colours, pink, white and a yellowish green, cut into small pieces: some twisted like rope, some rectangular, a few with two colours wound together. They are puffy and light with a powder-soft matte surface, spring back when you press them, and vary in length.
Taste
Simply sweet, soft and spongy, squashing between the teeth and melting away fast. Toasted, the outside turns golden and a little crisp while the inside runs, and because it is so light, a handful looks bigger than it is.
How to enjoy it
Float it on hot cocoa or milk in winter, toast it over the fire on trips, or scatter it over sweets at children's birthday parties. Sandwiched between two biscuits with chocolate, it becomes a quick treat.
How to store it
Seal the bag well once open, because air dries marshmallows out and damp glues them together; in summer keep them out of the sun, where they soften and melt.
